The diversity of real estate in Beaufort really is amazing. We have beach front homes on Fripp and Harbor Islands, and we have 250-plus year old mansions in the Old Point in the heart of dowtown Beaufort. We have spectacular deep-water homes in neighborhoods like Newpoint, Walling Grove and Cat Island, and we have breathtaking "neo-traditional" homes in areas like Habersham and Battery Point. The real estate community breaks up Beaufort into several areas -- Downtown Beaufort, Lady's Island, Mossy Oaks, Port Royal, Burton, St. Helena and our Beach areas of Fripp and Harbor Island. There are other homes to choose from in Northern Beaufort County, and South of the Broad River.
